Responsibilities will include:

  • Project set up, including review of client contracts and preparation of project budget worksheets for incorporation into Deltek Vision.

  • Track and input budget data for assigned projects.

  • Preparation and processing of monthly client invoicing.

  • Manage responses to client inquiries, including account reconciliation and research.

  • Manage report generation and maintenance.

  • Preparation and processing of monthly employee invoicing.

  • Preparation of Additional Service Authorization Form G604 for transmittal to client and subsequent follow-up.  Update and transmit ASA Memo to appropriate staff members.

  • Review employee timesheets on a semi-monthly basis for accuracy prior to posting for invoicing.

  • Answer inquiries from staff, vendors or clients and communicates financial information to project managers.

  • Manages processing of waivers of lien.

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree or higher, in Finance, or related field or equivalent work experience with emphasis in Accounting.

  • Minimum of 10-years of experience, preferably in the A/E Industry

  • Working knowledge of Deltek Vision, required

  • Working knowledge of Quickbooks, preferred

  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel

  • Strong data entry and 10 key skills

  • Must be an organized self-starter who can prioritize responsibilities while being detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.

  • Calm demeanor, poise and superior communication and analytical skills, as well as possess the ability to follow written instructions and maintain a high level of quality and productivity.

  • Ability to apply problem solving techniques.

  • Unquestionable integrity, honesty, and credibility as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Positive attitude working with multiple personality types.

  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
